◇ An accepted paper pays a full registration of IAPR/IEEE Member or Non Member,
◇ If co-authors want to register in addition, they pay IAPR/IEEE Member or Non Member or Student fee rate.
◇ A Full Registration covers up to 3 papers, more than 3 papers pay another full registration
◇ Attendees or visitors without paper pay full registration at a rate of IAPR/IEEE Member or Non Member.
※ You must provide a copy of your student identification card or letter of confirmation of your student status signed by the head of your department.

The registration fee for delegates includes: Access to the workshop/tutorial/contest session on August 20, scientific program August 21 to 24, conference documentation, coffee breaks, according to the program, the welcome reception on August 21 and the conference dinner on August 23. Working lunch from August 21 -24. The registration fee for accompanying persons includes: The welcome reception on August 21 and the conference dinner on August 23. Please note that the accompanying person fee does not include access to the scientific program, neither coffee breaks.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and Refunds Cancellation of Registration Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to contact email@example.com, the conference secretariat. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until August 1, up to which date the total amount will be refunded minus USD$75 for cancellation fee. We regret that no refunds or reductions of fees will be accepted for cancellations made after August 1, nor for no-shows for any reasons. Change of Name If you should be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Please contact the conference secretariat as soon as possible. An administration fee of USD$ 75 will then be charged.
